Well basically his priority is for his own shareholders not ours and also has a priority for his own downstream projects so he will naturally put everything in best light possible for his own shareholders, I doubt is much more to it than that. Many here love sticking the boot into PLL.

We'll have to wait and see regarding reaching nameplate, as a JV partner he will be up to date with whats going on so will either be proved right or proved to be a mischief maker...

With the Panama canal restricted getting ships could prove to be difficult for a while and presumably storage at Ports will have limits as well, potentially limiting production but thats just speculation. However there has been enough product for the PLL shipment since the Moon sailed yet they aren't expecting a ship untill mid Sept, which is around 6 weeks. With any new operation it will take a while to bed in and there is little that can be done about external events.

I expect the review going on will cover these sorts of aspects among other things...
