Highway 43 is in some parts unsealed. I have an interest in a mining operation that has access by hundreds of kilometers of unsealed road. Whats your point that a a small section is unsealed. Access roads? Its a salt flat you can virtually drive an old ute across it and you have your access road. Honestly dug is that the best you can do?
