Once again I decided to test your thesis that SYA was the biggest bubble there is. I decided to punch in a few well known stocks in the Li sector to see where we come out. There are a few preconditions that we need to identify to make sure that the analysis is a fair as possible.
- the instrument under investigation needs to be of a similar class - in this case Li
- the starting point for the analysis needs to be representative of all stocks, otherwise you will get skewed results. In this case I have chosen 24 Mar 2020. This was the COVID low for the stock market for most stocks. Some bottomed a few days earlier some a few days later - 24 Mar is good enough for this analysis.
So here we go.... the chart!
Well, well SYA is not the biggest bubble out of the 5 under examination - possibly mid range I might guess.
Be careful the barker who can't support their cries with actual evidence is all I can say.
