AIZ/ AIR on the NZX is really worth about $1.20 AUD, as I have been saying for some time.
Fantastic business, a competitor in Aus being trashed by everyone except it’s own cabal of Government, AIZ has an UNParalleled moat. Great div yield, operating stats, customer service, PE ratio.
The next PM Christopher Luxon, put AIZ back on track when CEO.
This is a ridiculously lowball price IMHO.
