I very much doubt they would consider a consolidation, and certainly not for the reasons your suggest.
Bigger funds look at the Market Cap and not the SP. A share consolidation does not change the MC. Profit will change it. ...and on a macro environment as soon as the interest rates start to lower the spec market will pick up. Not that ECS Botanics will be a spec stock for much longer given it will post a profit this FY.
