Don’t recall him saying that at all.
I recall him saying the new mud engineer had drilled wells with similar problems and that he had reviewed all the drilling data and believes the issues can be overcome.
Thats the benefit of experience and having 1 well already drilled they won’t be relying on any data from 2000 km away.
Pretty obvious really.
