To be successful one must hire people and build a team to solve a problem in exchange for revenue. To solve that problem requires hiring people knowledgeable in said problem. In our case the problem to be solved is lithium supply. Diversity is the practice or quality of including or involving people from a range of different social and ethnic backgrounds, that's all fine and dandy if those people are knowledgeable and have experience in solving the problems that need to be solved. Hiring just so one can have a "diversified" team is foolish and only attempted by poor management for media accreditation. So our CEO is gone, he wasn't a great salesman anyway, in with the next one. Nothing has changed, we are in good shape. We will take advantage of the HUGE tax credits that us in the US have available to us if we buy EV's with most of the battery material sourced and /or processed in North America. These tax credits along with Tesla price cuts and more conventional auto manufacturers jumping in to EV feet first are already driving EV sales big time over here. I suggest that if you desire to remain a holder, get off this forum and be happy. Put your shares away and quit looking at them, maybe take a peak in '26 when we really dominate.
