Interesting what's happening with gold buying in Singapore, and SE Asia at the moment. Singapore has increased their gold holdings by a whopping 48% in the last 9 months, only second to China in gold buying. This is a dramatic change from Singapore, who has up until recently, has always stayed away from gold.
Be interesting to see if one of our significant holders from Singapore, Hawksburn Capital, a fund manager for "Ultra High Net Worth Individuals", is taking up part of this placement.
