I missed the point where they used the mesh cash to pay down the disbursement funder. So you are right that it’s about 17m interest still owing. Do we know if there is any capital outstanding or whether any of the cash received went to paid off any capital? If so, then the outstanding interest amount might be higher?
The interest judgment was very clear imho. We will have to wait to see what the court says. The judgment identifies all the issues which Shine needs to overcome. They were invited to address them at the first hearing. They could not. I do not see how they can find new evidence this time. It is not as simple as asking for a more reasonable interest rate.
