Its not unusual and was well supported by holders and those on these boards at the time. Need to remember that the SP at the time was circa 4c with a lot less shares on offer. We had a MC of $30m and needed money for exploration. To raise that money via a CR would have been circa 25% dilution. Dilution that would be flowed on to our current situation. Funds for lithium stocks were also not exactly easy to raise in july 2019....
