Note how that article says "strengthens" IE is past tense...

just as a heads up, when news comes out, it is generally somewhat late to take a position.

So if some article is screaming about how good everything is... consider taking a contrarian view at that point, as more often than not, by the time the news hits the press, it is factored in to price.

Oh yeah and i am now short the AUDUSD but is part of a more sophisticated plan involving gap trades that you'll find more info on in the FOREX forum.

And my Intraday stuff on the SPI is saying short, so I've done that as well :)
