    @LJohn. Wrong. They can drill in all seasons. Winter is not an issue, Canadian drillers are doing this all the time and at Storm the actual snowfall depth is fairly shallow, plus the terrain is fairly flat. Even 150kms further north towards the Arctic the Polaris Zinc Mine was a 365 day operation. Winter is simply not an issue in regards drilling and mining. Only issue can be shipping logistics
