I see absolutely zero reasons why Ford, Tesla and LG would walk away from their offtakes, and surely a TO would not negate any binding offtake agreements previously executed by other parties.
ALB are keen on LTR as there is currently 150ktpa of unallocated SC6, and the Ford and Tesla deals are 5 year agreements. The LG deal is a 5 year agreement with an extension option if mutually agreed (I can't see Albemarle agreeing given they would want it for feedstock).
So ALB would receive 150ktpa for the first 5 years, but then are able to receive the full 600ktpa from year 5 onwards as the offtakes expire.
