    maybe a deliberate bs announcement to drive S/P down so insiders can buy cheap shares prior to it going ex div?

    Seems a bit fishy. how much lower production? how much lower sales?

    the other option is it's a blow softener for a low div coming up. We will know in the next 3 weeks
