when spenda announced its debt warehouse facility, from memory it said up to $50 mio, that kinda pricked my ears up at the time thinking why wouldn’t they say just 50 mio and not up to 50 mio, maybe they needed more money in the bank to get that full utilisation of the debt warehouse. Company very dodgy imo
