I am guessing they are saying as much as they can without pushing legal limits.
Even if you (as the scientist) can see its working, unless you can back it up with robust evidence derived from trials that stand scientific scrutiny, you must keep your mouth shut. Say's so in the ASX rule book.
And, let's be realistic, the world is littered with scientific innovations that looked great but fell at the last hurdle.
Meanwhile, get 'em while they're cheap.
Just don't bet the house on it; biotech is risky.
