The authoritarian Mali Government has become more greedy to get bribe and with their feet liked with Niger crisis, they are subjected to more and more sanctions. With question mark on Wagner's role in many African countries including Mali where they provide pseudo protection to many mines, investors just want to get out from a big question mark, however, I don't believe it affects a lot for construction of mine but delay is inevitable.
The DSO was always in question as some sections of un-paved road from Mali to Abidjan (altogether >1150kM) may not be able to carry load on road. I believe, after contraction for 2-3 days, LLL may start to recover. I'm out now.
