This is last bit of what Regal ia teying to achieve buying as many shares as possible before the announcement. I am expecting a big jump in the price within this week as Regal cant keep driving the price down forever as they hold around 12% of shares and its not in their interest to crush the SP completely that would mean a further low ball offer for T/O.
