Stocky - the Qld grant would not be for the whole project as grants always require contribution from the grantee and the funds would be quarantined for use on that project only. So that $5 if obtained does not help their cash flow on any of the other projects. Agree with most of the other points but I am not enthusiastic at all. This is not R & D stuff as it has been proven in many countries around the world so I cannot see why the Govt will not come in and temporarily prop them up to get those projects approved up and going - not asking for grants just temporary funding to get the deals completed. It may not mean much for shareholders but it would for DEL in that they would have more runs on the board and would give them some credibility. However the current appearance of competency is a real dampener.
