I would say that it is much better to focus on our 4 phase 2 where (especially in PMD and Pitt Hopkins) apart from us there is a desert of studies, a possible positive outcome of phase 2 would lead us to face phase 3 with the awareness that if goes in for approval, there will be exclusivity for several years since there are no approved drugs, I think that the associations will also push the FDA to take this unique opportunity into consideration, the FDA also has every interest in giving a new hope to patients, it all depends on the year-end results, let's pray!!!
