    It is Finance 101. All new CEO's drop all the bad news out making sure they only have good news from there on. If they really need to do a raising they will do it ASAP.

    Let's face it, we all knew there was a strong possibilitty of a raising but I guess the market was thrown by the resignation and the realisation that if there is to be one it will be soon.

    I'm out until they either do it or confirm that they are not going to do it.
