Australia used to be good under Paul Keating and John Howard, now it's just a scrappy nanny state with more rules than communist Vietnam. You need government approval to cut down a tree in your backyard and colour of fence.
Now they introduce another tax called windfall tax, if I sell my land and make larger profit than usual, they will want a piece of the pie and put a special tax on this "larger than usual" profit. Complete BS. Even under Soviet Union they didn't have this bullshit "windfall tax".
