I don't know if anyone actually answered your question... if a certain majority of shareholders decide to accept the offer of $3 then you don't have a choice in the matter (which is what is potentially about to happen) - you'll be forced to sell your shares to Abermarle for $3, and your dreams of cushy dividends are over.
