Aha, yes, they would be the perfect host, and it would be out of control forever. I have previously raised this as a problem with asylum seekers who come from endemic foot 'n mouth countries, and who are not subject to proper quarntine procedures.

I see this as a major danger, but apparently nobody in authority agrees.
