Nothing happens to them as they can't be punished. But they could cause a st sell down in case they are frustrated and want to hurt the company. But that way they just would hurt themselves as they know the big $$$ are yet to come and a sp sell down only hurts holders for a st and won't " kill " the board.
Probably nothing big will happen apart of sp going back above 20c. Looking back it may have given some holders a great buying opportunity. At least I benefitted so far.
