Not a good look when 2 directors offload ~$800k worth of stock…. off mkt trade but someone(s) was happy to take a large position in LDR.
The trade equates to around 5% of the mkt cap. If it was a single buyer we may see another change (or new) substantial holder announcement in coming days.
