I think it is the opposite, market still thinks it will fail, the transaction is messy with Gurvantes and 4 months is a looooong time to complete, very high risk, in Euorz's words - many moving parts.
What is hurting STX is the delays at Walyering and how STX have failed in their corporate communication of that. Market has lost trust. JMO.
