Ill give you a hint, 300 plus million was written off on the failed acquisition of DOM, 50 million was lost on the purchase and subsequent sale of Bowdens, the ongoing disaster of NE which has ongoing royalties (since about 2013) of some 3 to 4 million US per year to the previous owner, the failed IPO of 2010 and the list goes on.
You're absolutely right, I have no idea whatsoever of the history of this company.
