yeh you still pay the 1.5
1.3 is just, say like a security payment to let you buy them at 1.5
but usually this moves with the share price. so when it comes time to pay. these might be worth say 3 cents or 4 cents.
so you can sell some to cover the cost to buy at 1.5.
