I will add for LTR to be delisted from the ASX and become a 'private company'/subsidiary under Albermale, Albermale will need to acquire greater than 90% of the shares in LTR to trigger the compulsory acquisition provisions to 100% share ownership.

My gut feel is that Albermale will be happy with simply attaining greater than 50% of the shares in LTR.

At the moment this is considered a 'friendly bid' btw which is a LOL moment btw for me, but Albermale can also decide on a hostile bid as well. It is currently friendly because the BOD has endorsed the bid, hostile is when either the BOD/SH don't endorse the bid.

Greater than 50% share ownership means Albermale can also change the BOD if it wants to, despite LTR been listed on the ASX - should it be unable to acquire 90% of shares..

Things still need to play out here is what I am saying, but my disappointment is probably on the basis that the BOD is wiling to sell LTR at $3 a share. That tells me they are willing to sell their own shares at $3, regardless of whether the Albermale bid is 'friendly' and/or becomes 'hostile'

    All IMO
