I'd imagine that is the plan from here on in. They just cannot say so until the time is right. Time to keep cards close to their chests IMO.
If I were them I would sneakily hit up the ASX again with a redistribution plan to shareholders or the shares, rather than a sale of the LLL given the current circumstances. While the ASX ruled out any dealing with the shares whatever last time - perhaps the current circumstances (being they are dealing with a government operating in ways contrary to their own law) will change their minds and allow the shareholders some relief.
