Otsuka Pharma (Japanese) just bid CAD$80m (Aussie $90m) for Mindset Pharma to acquire their pre-clinical pipeline of psychedelic assets. Otsuka has a US$20 billion market cap and paid cash for this acquisition, which is the equivalent of IXHL’s entire EV.

Otsuka is a company to watch IMO, they are getting innovative and aggressive in the neurology space.
