and price at 13c when prevailing price was 14.5c. Both have/had close to 20% holdings prior. would they have been able to participate in any upcoming CR ? have they offloaded their shares to a friendly party at a price that will shortly be the CR price ?... and then they participate and get their shares back ? Is it collateral for a loan for something ?... who knows. it certainly looks unusual and if ASX/ASIC would do their job they'd have asked questions by now.
