I cannot remember the exact day I saw it and assumed it would be news sooner that later . Have 'googled' it , with no success.

It may unlock some reasons , for or against , anything/everything/nothing.

I saw the headline in 'etrade' dowjones australia or dowjones international news section ... The asterix (*) at the start means they want payment to read.

A summary of what it is about would enlighten , as i think info may be protected by copyright.
