You do not want MIN on your register with a large stake.
They will never overpay, they are there FOR THEIR OWN BENEFIT.
ESS was going great till MIN bought 19.99%.
Now they're a small part of a larger lumbering non entity co and the sp is dead in the backwater of nowhere.
