Agree with what you've said. Also had a chat with the broker.
Looks like $1-1.5M raised through the broker and then up to $2M through a SPP to existing holders.
Would have preferred a smaller raise but given the longer timeline to get an arbitration decision than anticipated (November now), I guess there was no other choice unless we put everything on pause for a few months. At least this way we maintain momentum on drilling the copper also. I'm taking a fair chunk in this raise and will bid maximum on the SPP also. Hard not to with the options included.
