If management could "keep quiet" for sometime, the market will look after the mean reversion in valuation. If not, a bigger company will TO at a decent premium from here.
I know it's itching to do something all the time while shareholders keep pestering them. But often doing/saying nothing solves many problems.
I am not joking BTW..
