Normally I would agree with you, but in this case, your board made the feeble offer to TPD and has tied us togther until December when we can vote No and cast you adrift.
And to make things worse for both of us, your board then delared the 0.4828 offer as Best and Final. So IMHO your board has painted you into a corner. You can't even increase the ratio to a decent one to get the deal over the line. If you want us to go away from these threads, maybe have a look at clause 13 of the SID and pay TPD the $1.4M reverse break fee. Then we will happily leave.
