Backing out fees and costs to advertise a lower interest rate is a common marketing tactic. Looks like Go Car is going to have to improve transparency on costs etc once this regulator is done with them. Based on those reports I think it is safe to say some action will be taken against the company. The only silver lining is that Government tightening up on the sector favours larger players, like any heavily regulated industries.
