You need to have products priced at such a level and volume that they generate enough income to cover all your expenses and leave enough gap to make a profit. ZIP has huge costs of borrowing, bad debt expense and overheads and is nobbled by its fees - it can't charge enough to do it and if it gets too popular the admin and collections can't be controlled. The fees are going up to try to cover the shortfall
