Hi,
Mine were all in the pension phase SMSF , so tax wasn't an issue.
For a long while I had a buy in the system at mid 7's , then got rid of it because the bid looked likely to succeed , and bought something else .
As you say , who knows where it is going to go.
But I am thinking about the low-ball offer again just in case , after what seems an over the top fall today.
What should be a boring blue chip , it has provided lots of uncertainty and excitement this year.
