indeed, it says he became a substantial holder on 4 sept. but really he already had more than 5% including associates back in 24 March as per the euroz report so one should have been filed long ago.
company secretary needs to pick up his game. A lot of errors and revised notices being released and agree not great for credibility.
Isn't disclosure also required for changes of 1% or more for sub holders? bit opaque what is happening.
