(RH) Okay great. You previouslyalluded to possible offtakes. How are those discussions progressing?
(GB) It's progressing very well.We are in discussions with different companies and we should be able toannounce some good news in the weeks and months ahead of us.
(RH) So is that likely to besomething happened this year?
(GB) Yeah. Absolutely. Absolutely,the discussions are going very well. There's a high demand for the concentrateand we've seen it with our very first shipment with unspec’ed material on spec.It went very well - no issues for that yeah only positive.

(HK) Great and Piedmont restructuredtheir arrangement with Tesla to supply instead of from Carolina from NorthAmerican lithium and also separately signed a deal for off-take with LG chem.Sayona hasn't announced anything on the off-take yet. Is there anything weshould be expecting there soon?
(GB) Yes. We have there's a lotof interest of course. We're one of the few operators in North America and sothere is a lot of interest in the discussion. I'm confident that we will beable to announce agreements in the upcoming month.
