All the whinging holders here, LTR management is ready to accept the low-ball offer of $3….
So once ALB submit the binding offer it’s over…
I can’t see the offer is getting defeated by majority holders….
Soon ALB will start to accumulate gradually as long as SP remains under $3, until scheme implementation!
Had similar experience with another takeover of Nearmap last year….
Would be nice safe trading opportunity 20cps profit in very short time ( As of now)
Unless another offer comes from outsider or retailers manage to push SP over $3.50…. LTR is getting sold for $3
