Maybe a few optimistic posters haven't experienced many takeovers, but chances that an independent expert concludes $6.6 billion for a company that doesn't (yet) make any money is "unfair" is exceedingly unlikely. DD won't uncover anything untoward as up until now management have been spot on. Scheme will be agreed as the board have already said they'll recommend. Never had a whiff of another suitor so unlikely one will come forward now. TG + board + friends can easily get the 75% of shares to vote yes. 50% of shareholders may be a hurdle, though the few hundred that are active on HC and will vote no are still only a drop in the ocean.

Very high likelihood that this deal goes through, at $3, and no one will be more disappointed than me. Hope against hope that I'm wrong.
