5. "why is no one questioning the loan ANO gave to Acton to buy shares? it's not right to do that"
Most other public listed companies issue extra shares to their CEOs and employees without them paying a cent. ANO ceo and it's employees need to pay shares with loaned money. I think it's much better than the practice (giving shares for free) used by other companies. When CEO and employees own company's shares, their interests are lined up with the company's.
