I don't think the corporate merger will have any impact on the current day to day operations at FP, not immediately anyway.

By now the operator should be working on attacking the next zone up the hole and they have probably already begun doing so. I would think that the plug at the bottom would already be in place by now or they are waiting for the guys to go onsite to do it. I would expect that they will be lighting the fuse on the middle zone any day now but as usual we can only speculate and have to wait for actual announcements from GGP.

The really good news is that there are no good excuses for GGP not to rapidly move to the next zone. The expression "Its like watching concrete set" is very applicable in this situation but even that excuse buys them only a few days. I expect that we will see another announcement within a week.
