Inarguable, but with QAN a near monopoly, and the infinite might of respective Federal Govts (e previous LNP with $2.7 Bn handout plus other concessions, and the current Federal Labor Govt, PM and several Minsters, whose primary role is the ongoing financial viability of QAN.
