Fees/maintenance are cheap in Thailand, I own a beach condo near Pattaya, costs just 10,000 baht/yr ( AUD$400/yr) Includes security, cleaning, garbage collection, maintenance with tennis courts, gym, and pool. Three levels of secured parking, lifts and restaurants downstairs. Beautiful views and on the beach, cost me A$50,000 about 20 years ago. I'll never sell it even though I only stay there for 2 or 3 weeks a year.
