I hope they've done their due diligence on French labour laws (and Mexico and UAE for that matter), I suspect they'll need to become very familiar with them over the coming years
I would have thought risk-reward equation for this transaction were weighted to the downside. Still a little tempted to get back in but I'd be pretty salty if I'd been holding when this was announced.
